Intended for any parent who has lost a child.
Hosted at Audley Branch.
Advanced registration required.

Explore ways to work through grief with guided journaling and live prompts that you can respond to either verbally or on paper. Participants will receive a journal and pen to take home with them for continued reflection. Presented by the Compassionate Friends Ajax.

The Compassionate Friends – Ajax Chapter

is an in-person peer support group for parents who have experienced the death of a child at any age, from any cause.

Serving the GTA, we provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where grieving parents can share, listen, connect, and simply be among people who understand.

We meet the last Tuesday of each month at the

Audley Recreation Centre Library Meeting Room,

1955 Audley Rd, Ajax

6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

There is no pressure to speak and no expectation to register, you are welcome to just show up.

You need not walk alone.
